Nääs-Squash is a traditional Tampere based squash club that welcomes new and old squash players to the sport. Home courts are Tampere Tennis Center and GOGO Park.

 

In Nääs-Squash it's easy to find opponents and training partners suited for different skill levels. Nääs-Squash organizes regular squash activities, mainly in the form of weekly club nights where members gather to play together in a relaxed atmosphere.

We also regularly organize sport introductions, coaching and playing sessions accompanied by tournament trips.

 

Nääs-Squash also offers a platform for competitive activities for players of different levels. We participate in the Finnish Squash League with three different teams and league levels. The Squash League is an excellent way to get to know competitive squash at a low threshold and with the guidance of more experienced teammates.

 

The opening tournament of the season, the Nääs-Cup, gathers Finland's squash enthusiasts to Tampere every year. The tournament has gained a legendary reputation in the squash community and it also provides a draw for lower ranked players.

 

In the wake of other racquet games, the number of squash enthusiasts has also increased in recent years. Playing squash provides a great sweat and healthy form, but also gives a sensation of achievement from the very first game. For athletes from different sports, playing squash gives boost for areas like coordination, balance, mobility and strength.
